This week's Dance of December Souls is going full steam ahead. One of my favourite albums of all time and my favourite Katatonia (although many prefer Brave Murder Day). Released in 1993 via No Fashion Records, the record blends death/doom metal with black metal, the atmosphere heavy and slow, with a screaming and depressive vocal. I can't get enough of this album.
My three favourite tracks that I can listen to over and over again are Gateways of Bereavement, Without God and Tomb of Insomnia.
